I built Synera because I lived the problem.

I’m Dr. Rafael Hernandez Lora  a Dominican-American physician who has practiced internal medicine and geriatrics in South Florida for over twenty years.

 

As a National Director at ChenMed for six years, I helped scale one of the country’s most respected senior care platforms. As the founder of Nest Medical Center in Miramar and Domus Care Solutions for home-based senior care, I experienced firsthand how independent practices are squeezed by vendors, insurers, and MSOs that promise much and deliver little.

 

I built Synera to be the opposite of what frustrated me. We exist to help good doctors thrive by paying on time, telling the truth about every dollar, delivering measurable income growth within ninety days, and choosing partners the way we choose friends: by character, not convenience.

 

Faith shaped how I came to medicine. Medicine shaped how we run this company. Healthcare done right is a calling  not a transaction.
